Exchanges and Returns

Here are a few things to note regarding exchanges and returns:

Products purchased on the website can be exchanged or returned for store credit at any of our stores. Exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase and require presentation of the purchase invoice.

Exchanges of products purchased on the website are subject to their availability in stock.

Products exclusive to the website or out of stock cannot be exchanged, but can be returned for a refund.

Miya Inspiration's product return policy always complies with and is subject to consumer protection laws.

Cancellations

If you purchased a product on the MIA website and changed your mind, you can always cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. Here is a summary of the main points:

Any purchase from our website can be cancelled.

Cancellation times:

The transaction can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, within 21 days from the date of receipt of the product or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details mentioned in subsection 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law (whichever is later).

The cancellation notice for a transaction made on the website can be sent by any of the following methods:

Online - by submitting the cancellation notice form below, also available under the "Cancel Transaction" tab on the website's home page.

The cancellation notice must include your name and ID number. To help us quickly and easily, you should also attach the invoice, through which we will identify the transaction and the amount.

In case of cancellation due to a product defect, due to a discrepancy between the product and the details provided about the product, because the product was not delivered to you on time, or due to any other breach of contract terms ("discrepancy"),

we will refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, the portion of the transaction price you paid for the product, cancel the charge, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not charge you any cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation for reasons other than a product defect or discrepancy, we will refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, the portion of the transaction price you paid, cancel the charge for the transaction,
provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and charge cancellation fees not exceeding 5% of the price of the asset subject to the contract or transaction, or 100 new shekels, whichever is lower.

In the event of a transaction cancellation made through BuyMe, the consumer will receive store credit for future purchases in the chain of stores. 

The option to cancel the transaction does not negate our ability to demand reimbursement for products that have been damaged or used, or whose packaging has been used. 

To avoid damage to the product, we recommend returning the product in its original packaging, intact and without any defects or damage, and without any use whatsoever.

Persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants (as defined by law), who made a transaction on the website that included a phone call with a Miya representative,
can cancel the transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details mentioned in subsection 14C(b) of the Consumer Protection Law (whichever is later).
